In 2016, BMF Port Burgas was awarded a contract to establish a major logistics base, serving as a key link in one of the largest logistics projects to date.
Over a year and three months, extensive construction and reconstruction works were completed, including the dredging of 350,000 m³, a 120-meter quay wall, 9 dolphins with a 220-meter berth, a 120-meter jetty, and a 10-hectare storage area.
This newly developed port area is perfectly suited for Ro-Ro activities, with ample space and modern infrastructure. A dedicated Ro-Ro Complex is already in the works, with an approved project design from local authorities, setting the stage for seamless expansion and enhanced capabilities.
