A large-scale donation campaign worth BGN 300,000 starts today at the initiative of the brothers Kiril and Georgi Domyschievi, together with BMF Port Burgas. 4,800 packages of food products will be delivered to families in need, and children and young people accommodated in family-type centres will be given food for five months.
The first segment of the campaign is directed at families, which are in a struggle due to the state of emergency. The Social Committee in the Municipality of Burgas, after consulting with the donors, has determined the recipients of the food packages. The packages contain basic food products, masks for multiple use, and in the ones for families with children – there are also sweets. They are based on Bulgarian products produced by local companies.
The second stage of the fundraising campaign of Kiril and Georgi Domyschievi is aimed at children and young people accommodated in family-type centres. It starts tomorrow and will last for 5 months – until the end of September. Five meals a day will be a prepared and delivered to the family-type centres.
