BMF PORT BURGAS became the newest associate member of TRANS-CASPIAN INTERNATIONAL TRANSPORT ROUTE Association ‘’ Middle Corridor’’.
This is a huge step and extremely important not only for our port but for the logistics of Bulgaria, Europe and the global trade connectivity!
The Trans-Caspian International Transport Route (TITR ) starts from Southeast Asia and China, and runs through Kazakhstan, the Caspian Sea, Azerbaijan, Georgia and further to European countries.
The association represents the interests of number of countries and companies on the new Silk Way which now starting its functioning like in the days of the ancient Silk Road. TITR aims to coordinate interaction of all the participants in transportation of goods and containers along the route from Asia to Europe and in the reversed direction, including needed informational support. TITR contributes simplification the administrative procedures and helps to create a competitive environment and assists making best efficiency for the companions from business societies of different countries not only along the Trans-Caspian route.
The conclusion of this valuable partnership Between TITR and BMF Port Burgas will provide great opportunities for progress, cooperation and further development in trade and logistics for the port, for the region and for Bulgaria.
